Apostille Services (National & Global)

Hand of searching in Stacks of paper documents on wooden desks at the workplace. Business's casual and successful concept.

Our Apostille Services (National & Global) are designed to simplify the process of preparing U.S. documents for use in another country. Whether you are handling international business, immigration, marriage abroad, dual citizenship, or overseas education, we help ensure your documents are properly organized and ready for apostille or authentication through the appropriate government office.

We assist with preparing and organizing documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, diplomas, transcripts, powers of attorney, corporate records, and notarized affidavits. We carefully review the documents you provide, confirm that they meet basic submission requirements, and prepare them for processing with the Secretary of State or other designated authority.

For clients sending documents overseas, we also help coordinate notarization, certified copies when applicable, translations, and shipping arrangements so your paperwork can move through the process smoothly. Whether your documents are being used in another U.S. state or in a foreign country that requires apostille or authentication, we help keep everything organized and clearly labeled.

Our focus is accuracy, confidentiality, and convenience. We understand that international document requirements can feel overwhelming, especially when deadlines are involved, so we take the time to explain the process in plain language and provide a clear checklist of what is needed for your specific request.

We are a non-lawyer document preparation service. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, determine whether an apostille is legally required, or represent clients before any government agency. Our role is limited to clerical assistance, document preparation, and coordination based solely on the information and documents you provide.
